Here's the Reserved Classic tabby. Off to the side is a plate of raw food and a towel to catch pieces the cats drag off. We recommend this if not feeding on the kitchen or bathroom floor where you can wipe up after the cats are done eating their food. Some like to drag chunks off to eat them and at the end of the day we toss the towel in the wash. If you only have one or two cats you might be able to get away with a washcloth or hand towel.

We have reached the point where it is worthwhile for us to make our own raw food for our cats. Our cats enjoy it even more that the commercial frozen raw food we were feeding them and are now going through 30 pounds of human grade food a week. The freshness of the ingredients and less processed texture makes a huge difference. We’ve also acquired a 14 cubic foot freezer to hold our cases of chicken parts and tubs of raw food.

If you have previously adopted a cat for us and would like to know the recipe we follow just send us an e-mail and I’ll send you videos and where we source our ingredients from. For families doing pick up we will send an 8 ounce container home with the option to purchase some to take home. This is just an option and is in no way required to bring home the cat’s favorite food for a while. Chopping cases of frozen chicken and bones into grind able pieces is hard work and we can only do batches in about 15 pound increment (although 10 is more bearable) or the ingredients won’t blend and we won’t be able to get the chicken back into the freezer in containers fast enough.

Here's some videos of reserved kittens.
